Propclicks Marketing Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team in Kolkata. The role focuses on designing high-impact visual creatives for Dubai real estate projects, ensuring brand consistency, strong visual storytelling, and performance-driven designs across digital platforms.

Candidates with prior experience in real estate or property marketing will be given preference.

Design & Creative Development

  • Design engaging creatives for social media posts, reels covers, stories, ads, banners, brochures, and presentations
  • Create visually compelling graphics for Dubai real estate projects and campaigns.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites).

Branding & Visual Consistency

  • Maintain brand guidelines, visual identity, and design consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Ensure accurate usage of fonts, colors, layouts, and brand elements.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the social media manager, content writers, video team, and marketing department.
  • Translate content briefs and marketing requirements into effective visual concepts.
  • Deliver creatives within deadlines and support fast-paced campaign execution

Creative Optimization

  • Modify and optimize creatives based on performance feedback and campaign requirements.
  • Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and ad performance improvement.

Required Skills & Capabilities

  • Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for design and editing.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Knowledge of Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Filmora, VFX and other editing plug-ins.
  • Experience in real estate marketing and branding.
