Intellectual Property
All content created by PropClicks Marketing Pvt Ltd for the client will become the property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to use work created for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, and any proprietary information.
Results Disclaimer
Marketing results can vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. industry trends, platform algorithm changes, market behavior). We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, traffic, or engagement unless explicitly stated.
